What to expect
Classes are designed for all levels of yoga and paddleboarding experience. You must be able to swim although you may not even get wet.
Each class begins with a brief lesson in paddleboard basics and a chance to paddle. For the yoga portions of the class we begin seated doing breathing and gentle stretches, then move to kneeling asanas (poses), followed by a standing series. We finish each class with a few minutes of play time to try advanced poses or just enjoy and finish with a brief sivasana (relaxation).

Current weekly classes are Sundays at 4pm
at Ted Sperling Nature Park on Lido Key
Classes and locations are weather pending and may vary.
